Our shipping policy is varied by area. Please select based on your address.

* Our operation cut off time is 3pm on weekdays (monday to friday). Any order made after 3pm will be bring forth to the next working days.

** Our delivery times is counted based on Working Days.
However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to collect your delivery, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

Delivery Time: 3~5 Working Days.
Standard Delivery charges is same as Peninsula Malaysia
Order of RM180 and above will be eligible for FREE Shipping.
Order below RM180 will be charged at a standard rate of RM10.
However, Litters, Cage & certain oversized item might be incurred additional subcharge based on weight.

Additionally, you could choose to pickup from any of our retail outlets within Klang Valley.

2.Show your order confirmation email upon collection.
3.For standard delivery, please select Nationwide Delivery

Peninsula Malaysia

Delivery Time: 3~5 Working Days.
Standard Delivery charges is same as Klang Valley

Delivery Time: 3~7 Working Days.
Charges would be based on total weight of items ordered, which is RM10 per KG.
